Due to hygiene and quality standards, returns are handled with care.

 

When Returns Are Accepted
Returns are accepted only if:
  • The item is faulty or damaged
  • To be eligible for a replacement, customers must provide a full, unedited opening video of the consignment. The video must be submitted via email (support@tiaraluxa.com), sms or whatsapp to to +61 494 572 165 within 24 hours of receipt.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Once assessed, we will offer:
    • A replacement, or
    • A store credit, depending on the situation.

 

Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping, as Tiara Luxa is not responsible for lost return parcels
